كتاب عن الماسونية قد ينعش سوق النشر

The freemasonic symbol

Hello and welcome to BBC Xtra English!

Today Anna and Rasha talk about the latest book by bestselling author Dan Brown.

Dan Brown's latest book is called "The Lost Symbol" and it is expected to be just as popular as his most famous book, "The Da Vinci Code".

The book is about freemasonry and could be just as controversial as his previous books.

It looks at conspiracy theories and secret societies and mixes facts with fiction.

So far over 6 million copies of the book have been published and shops are hoping that the new book will be a bestseller, just like Dan Brown's other books.

Publishers are also hoping that high sales will help revive the publishing industry which has seen low sales due to strong competition from the internet.

Many people now download books from the internet or read them online instead of buying books to read.

This has affected book sales around the world and the publishing industry is hoping that books by authors such as Dan Brown will improve books sales.

Currently there are different options available to consumers; they can either buy a book or read it on their computers or even on an electronic screen that they can carry with them wherever they go.

But as Anna says, there will still be people who like to sit down and read from a book!

I prefer reading from books, but I admit since I had an internet access at home, I started to read books and even newspapers for many reasons, first it's really cheaper and most of the books are available online, but on the other hand, reading from books take me back to an old habit when my mum used to read for me and my sister and we discuss what we read as well, I agree that reading from books is really more enjoyable than reading via net.
