Image is everything at the London headquarters of fashion company Asos, one of the world’s largest online apparel and beauty retailers.

Models in the latest fashions trot past clothing racks on their way to photo shoots. Hits by pop star Rihanna boom from photography studios and employees are surrounded by clothing racks and accessories.

Working for the retailer, which expects to reach ₤1 billion ($1.6 billion) in sales by 2015, requires long hours for the 1,069 employees in this refurbished former cigarette factory.
