A broad range of works by artists from more than 50 cultures across North America is on show at the Met Fifth Avenue from October for a year. Highlights include a headdress front piece originating from British Columbia in the 19th Century, a clay-and-pigment water jar by Nampeyo, and a dance mask created in Alaska around 1917. The exhibits are on loan from the collection of Charles and Valerie Diker.
