Cer i Geredigion // Ceredigion in pictures

Mae hi'n sir amrywiol ei thirlun gyda'r arfordir i'r gorllewin a thir amaethyddol braf a'r bryniau i'r dwyrain. Mae'r ffotograffydd Iestyn Hughes o Bow Street wedi teithio ar hyd a lled y sir ar gyfer creu cyfrol 'Ceredigion Wrth Fy Nhraed'. Trwy garedigrwydd Iestyn a Gwasg Gomer mae Cymru Fyw wedi cael caniatâd i rannu rhai o'r delweddau:

Ceredigion sits in an an unique position in the landscape of Wales, with rural hills to the east and Cardigan Bay to the west. Photographer Iestyn Hughes chronicles its beautiful landscape and population. [Reproduced with the permission of the photographer and Gomer Press.]
