On Radio Wales Colin Jackson reveals how top sportspeople get their inspiration and shares some of their techniques. Every week there'll be interviews with some of the biggest names in sport.

Each week Colin is joined in the studio by Ex-Leicester, Leeds and Wales footballer Matt Jones and Raise Your Game Producer Jocelyn Andrews.
