Kasashen Afirka da dama sun fara harkokin sufurin jiragen sama bayan samun 'yancin kansu, yawanci da niyyar zuwa kasashen da ke ketaren nahiyar.

To sai dai da yawa daga kasahen ba su cimma wannan manufa ba, saboda rashin kyawawan manufofi wadanda suka hana gogayya cikin shekarau da dama.

An kafa shi ne a shekarar 2008, amma sai dai har yanzu ba a fara daukar mutane zuwa sauran kasashen yankin ba.
