Kotun koli ta Najeriya ta yi watsi da karar da jam'iyar CPC ta shigar inda ta kalubalanci zaben da aka yiwa shugaban kasar, Dr Goodluck Jonathan, a matsayin wanda ya lashe zaben shugabancin kasar da aka gudanar a watan Afrilu.

Hukumar zabe mai zaman kan ta ce dai ta bayyana Shugaba Jonathan, a matsayin wanda ya lashe zaben da kashi hamsin da tara cikin dari na kuri'un da aka kada, inda shi kuma Janar Muhammadu Buhari, wanda ya yi takara a karkashin jam'iyar CPC, ya samu kashi talatin da biyu cikin dari.

Sai dai jam'iyar CPC ta ki amincewa da zaben inda ta kalubalanci sakamakonsa a kotun sauraren kararrakin zabe, tana mai cewa zaben na cike da kura-kurai, sai dai kotun bata gamsu da hujjojin da jam'iyar ta gabatar mata ba, inda ta yi watsi da karar.

Jam'iyar CPC ta daukaka kara zuwa kotun koli, amma a hukuncin da kotun kolin ta yanke a ranar Laraba, wanda mai shari'a, Olufunmilayo Adekeye, ya karanta ta tabbatar da zaben shugaban Jonathan a matsayin shugaban Najeriya.

A martanin da ya mayar bayan yanke hukuncin, Janar Buhari ya nace cewa zaben na cike da kura-kurai, sai dai ya kara da cewa ya karbi hukuncin da kotun ta yanke.
