Kotun koli ta sallami wasu gwamnonin Najeriya

Koton kolin Najeriya ta sallami wasu gwamnonin jihohin kasar biyar da suka hada da na jihohin Adamawa, Sokoto, Kogi, Cross Rivers da kuma Bayelsa.

Gwamnonin dai sun shigar da kara ne domin neman a tsawaita wa'adin mulkinsu wanda hukumar zaben kasar ta ce ya kare ne a watan Mayun shekara ta 2011.

Hukuncin wanda mai shari'a Walter Onnoghen ya jagoranta, ya kori gwamnonin daga kan mukamansu ba tare da wani bata lokaci ba.

A cewar kotun kolin, wa'adin gwamnonin ya kare ne a ranar 29 ga watan Mayun shekara ta 2011.

"Ba zai yiwu a sauya wa'adin da kundin tsarin mulki ya tanada ba. Tsawaita wa'adin mulki ya sabawa hankali da tunani," a cewar mai shari'a Onnoghen.

Gwamnonin da abin ya shafa sun hada da Admiral Murtala Nyako na Adamawa, Ibrahim Idris na Kogi wanda tuni ya sauka bayan gudanar da zabe, sai Aliyu Wammako na Sokoto, Liyel Imoke na Cross River da kuma Timipre Sylva na jihar Bayelsa.

Abin da ake takaddama akai shi ne "wacce rantsuwar kama aiki da gwamnonin suka yi za a yi amfani da ita - ta 9 ga watan Mayun 2007, ko kuma wacce suka yi a lokuta daban-daban a shekara ta 2008".

A rantsuwar da suka yi a baya-bayan nan dai, Nyako ya kama aiki ne a ranar 30 April, 2008, Idris kuma ranar 5 April, 2008, Wammakko ranar 28 May, 2008, Liyel Imoke ranar 28 August, 2008 sai kuma Timipre Sylva a ranar 29 May 2008 maimakon ranar 29 May, 2007.

Idan aka yi la'akari da wannan hukuncin, duka gwamnonin sun zarta wa'adin da doka ta debar musu da watanni 8.
