Wata babbar kotu a Abuja, Babban Birnin Tarayyar Najeriya, ta kori karar da hukumar yaki da cin hanci da rashawa a kasar, wato EFCC, ta shigar a kan batun cin hanci da rashawan da ya shafi wadansu 'yan Najeriya da kuma babban kamfanin nan na Amurka wato Halliburton.

Ranar Litinin ne kotun ta yi watsi da karar, inda ake tuhumar wadansu ’yan Najeriya da karbar toshiyar baki har kusan dala miliyan dari da tamanin don su bayar da wata kwangila ga kamfanin na Halliburton.

Kotun dai ta ce ta yi watsi da karar ce saboda rashin mayar da hankali a bangaren hukumar ta EFCC—da ma dai kotun ta taba yin gargadin cewa za ta yi watsi da karar idan EFCC ta kasa gurfanar da wadanda ake tuhuma a gaban kotun.

Al’ummar Najeriya da dama dai sun nuna takaicinsu a kan yadda kotun da dauki irin wannan mataki.

Auwal Musa Rafsanjani wakili ne a Gamayyar Kungiyoyi Masu Yaki da Cin-Hanci, ya kuma shaidawa BBC cewa:

“Wannan ya nuna mana cewa shugabannin Najeriya ba su shirya yakar cin-hanci da rashawa ba, saboda wadanda suka yi tarayya da ’yan Najeriya wajen aikata wannan laifin a Amurka da Jamus an yanke musu hukunci”.

Hukumar ta EFCC dai ta ce za ta yi nazari ta tattauna da lauyoyinta a kan matakan day a kamata ta dauka.

A cikin wadanda aka tuhuma dai har da zargin tsohon mataimakin shugaban Amurka, Dick Cheney.
