Wata babbar kotu a Abuja, babban birnin Najeriya, ta yankewa wadansu 'yan kungiyar Jama'atu Ahlis Sunna lid Da'awati wal Jihad, wacce aka fi sani da suna Boko Haram, hukuncin daurin rai-da-rai.

Kotun ta yanke wa 'yan kungiyar hudu hukuncin ne bayan samunsu da laifi wajen shiryawa da kai wadansu hare-haren bama-bamai da suka yi sanadin mutuwar mutum goma sha tara.

Hare-haren sun hada da wanda aka kai kan ofishin Hukumar Zabe mai Zaman Kanta (INEC) dake Suleja, Jihar Neja, a shekarar 2012.

Mai shari'a Bilkisu Aliyu, wacce ta yanke hukuncin, ta kuma bayar da umarnin daure mutum na biyar har tsawon shekaru goma a gidan kaso.

Mutum na shida da ake tuhuma kuma kotun ta wanke shi.

Wannan dai za a iya cewa shi ne karo na farko da wata kotu ta yanke hukunci mai girma, wato daurin rai-da-rai ga wadanda ake tuhuma da kai ire-iren wadannan hare-haren.

Kungiyar Boko Haram dai na fafutukar ganin an yi aiki da shari'ar Musulunci a arewacin Najeriya, kuma ta sha daukar alhakin kai wadansu hare-haren bindiga da bama-bamai a kasar, wadanda suka yi sanadin mutuwar mutane masu yawan gaske.
