Where can I comment on a BBC TV programme?

There are three main ways to share your views about BBC television programmes:

Points of View is a television programme where viewers can air their views about BBC programmes. You can send comments to the programme by email or telephone - see the Points of View website for details. The programme runs for several weeks each year but can be contacted at any time.

You can also discuss programmes with other viewers at the Points of View messageboard.

Alternatively, you can send your views to the production team for the programme in question - see below.

How can I contact a TV programme team?

Some programme teams can be contacted through the programme website. See the A-Z index for a list of programme websites.

Unfortunately, it's not always possible to contact a TV programme team directly. Many programmes shown on BBC television are made by other production companies rather than the BBC, or are bought from other countries. Some programmes are made a long time before they are broadcast, so when they are shown, the production team have moved on to other things.

If there is no obvious way to contact a programme team through the programme website, use the general BBC enquiries form.

How can I comment on a BBC radio programme?

There are several ways to share your views about BBC radio programmes:

Radio 4's Feedback programme discusses issues raised by listeners about BBC radio programmes. You can send comments to the programme by mail, email, telephone or through the Feedback programme website.

You can also discuss programmes with other listeners at the Points of View messageboard.

How can I contact a DJ or radio programme?

Phone or text numbers and email addresses for individual radio programmes will be announced on air during or after a programme.

Alternatively, most programmes can be contacted through the programme's own website. Find these by visiting the website for the relevant radio station, or see the A-Z index for a full list of radio websites.

How can I get in touch with a radio network?

Contact any BBC radio network by selecting it from the menu on the Radio Contact Us page. Alternatively, use the 'Contact Us' link on any page within the website for that network.

How do I report a mistake, typo or technical fault on bbc.co.uk?

Most sites have a 'Contact Us' link which can be used to report a technical fault or other error.

Alternatively, you can use the fault report form. Please be sure to include the URL (website address) of the page that you were visiting.

How can I send feedback or ask a question about a bbc.co.uk website?

Use the 'Contact Us' link on the website you wish to contact. See the list to the right for quick links to some of the main areas of bbc.co.uk.

If you want to ask a question, please check the FAQ (frequently asked questions) for the site that you are visiting as questions covered by these will not usually receive a reply.

How can I contact a presenter, actor or programme contributor?

In general, the BBC cannot pass on messages to presenters, actors or programme contributors.

If you wish to contact an actor or presenter, the best way to do so is through their agent.

How do I contact BBC iPlayer?

Over 90% of queries about BBC iPlayer are answered in the BBC iPlayer help pages, so please check these first.

If the help pages do not answer your question, you will be presented with a feedback form (along with a contact telephone number) within the help pages.
