About the author

Since 1981, Paul Atterbury has been a freelance writer, lecturer, broadcaster and exhibition curator. He has written or edited over thirty books, mostly on ceramics, antiques and the decorative arts as well as travel. For the last eleven years Paul has been a member of the Antiques Roadshow team of experts. He was the curator of a major exhibition about the Victorians at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London.
