A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after the body of a woman was found in a cottage in West Sussex.

Sussex Police said the woman, believed to be aged 46, was found at the bottom of the stairs at the house in Rogate, Chichester, on Friday.

She had a head injury and her death is being treated as suspicious.
