British servicemen killed in Afghanistan flown to UK

The bodies of three British servicemen who were killed in Afghanistan have been flown back to the UK.

Devon-born 20-year-old Royal Marine Anthony Hotine, of 40 Commando, who lived in Wiltshire, died in an explosion on 2 June.

Cpl Terry Webster, 24, of Chester, and L/Cpl Alan Cochrane, 23, from Denbighshire in north Wales, were shot by insurgent forces on 4 June.

Cpl Webster and L/Cpl Cochran served in 1st Battalion The Mercian Regiment.

The servicemen's bodies were flown into RAF Lyneham in Wiltshire at about 1100 BST.

The families attended a private ceremony, before the coffins were driven through Wootton Bassett.
