Cyclists hurt in Worcestershire bike race crash

Two cyclists have been taken to hospital after crashing in a cycle race in Worcestershire.

The accident happened near the Admiral Rodney Inn in Berrow Green, Martley, shortly after 1130 BST.

A man in his 50s suffered a head injury and a woman in her 40s broke her collar bone. Both were taken to Worcester Royal Hospital.

West Midlands Ambulance Service said a number of other riders suffered minor injuries.
