Two teenagers charged in connection with Belfast riot

Two teenagers have been charged in connection with a disturbance in west Belfast.

Police were attacked with petrol bombs and paint after trouble broke out between rival groups of youths on the Ballygomartin Road on Thursday.

A 16-year-old youth has been charged with riotous behaviour and throwing a petrol bomb.

A 19-year-old man has been charged with riotous behaviour. They are due to appear in court in July.
