Burglar absconds from HMP Sudbury open prison
A convicted burglar has absconded from an open prison in Derbyshire.
Michael Myers, 30, failed to return to HMP Sudbury on Sunday, Derbyshire Police said.
Myers was sentenced at Wood Green Crown Court in September 2008 to six years and six months in jail for burglary offences.
His last known address is in Luton, Bedfordshire. He is 5ft 11in (1.8m) tall, with short hair and brown eyes. He speaks with an Irish accent.
Anyone with information about Myers' whereabouts is asked to contact police.
