About 50 firefighters have been dealing with an incident at a Royal Mail site in Warwickshire.

The first floor and roof space at Coton House conference and management centre, Rugby, was affected, Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service said.

Twelve fire engines were sent to the scene at the two-storey building off Leicester Road at about 0730 BST on Tuesday.

The fire service said it was investigating the cause.

Crews were damping down late in the morning.
