Reaching the Scottish Cup final has led to record sales in season tickets for Ross County, according to the Highland club's directors.

The First Division side lost 3-0 to SPL club Dundee United at Hampden in May.

But County said the team's cup run and top half finish in the league had helped sell a third more tickets than for the same time last year.

There were an estimated 17,000 Ross County fans at the national stadium in Glasgow for the final.
