Dogs are guard of honour at Basingstoke breeder funeral

A dog breeder has had a very unusual guard of honour at his funeral - Leonberger dogs.

Fred Inwood, of Basingstoke, Hampshire, was one of the founder members of the Leonberger Club of Great Britain, for breed enthusiasts.

His widow, Jenny, had requested his friends bring along their Leonbergers to the service at Basingstoke Crematorium on Monday.

More than 25 of the large dogs were at the service for Mr Inwood.
