A large fire has destroyed four buildings in a Norfolk town.

Nine crews from Norfolk and Suffolk were called to the Thoroughfare in Harleston on Tuesday afternoon.

About 40 firefighters spent the night putting out flames and damping down the scene. The street was shut until 0900 BST on Wednesday.

Four properties have been destroyed but businesses are said to be open as usual. An investigation into the cause has started.
