Russia's beer market suffering from 200% tax hike

For the last two decades Russia's beer market has been like a goldmine for brewers.
But now they are suffering after the government raised the tax on beer by 200% last year.
The government is concerned by Russia's high rate of alcohol consumption.
Malcolm Borthwick reports from Russia's beer capital St Petersburg.
