US and China to start talks over an investment treaty

The US and China have agreed to start negotiations on a bilateral investment treaty.

American businesses have been pushing for such a treaty, hoping for greater access to the Chinese market.

The progress came at the end of security and trade talks between the world's two largest economies in Washington. Michelle Fleury reports from New York.
