German unemployment down with 'earn as you learn' model

Germany's dual education system allows young people to learn practical skills before they start their first job.

It is one of the reasons why the country has one of the lowest unemployment rates in Europe.

As the German election nears, Tanya Beckett reports on how Europe's power-house is managing to close the skills gap.
