Labour's Johann Lamont repeats benefits debate plea
The Scottish Labour leader has reiterated her plea to have an "open and honest" debate about universal benefits.
She told BBC Radio Scotland's Good Morning Scotland programme that "everything comes at a cost".
Ms Lamont's party is conducting a commission into the future of services such as free prescriptions, free personal care and the council tax freeze.
The MSP was speaking ahead of her speech to the UK Labour Party conference taking place in the Manchester this week.
