UK storm: Engineers 'working hard to restore power' in Kent

Residents in the village of Yalding, Kent, have been without power since Christmas Eve following heavy storms in the south of England.

Speaking to the BBC's Richard Lister, the leader of Kent County Council, Paul Carter, said that UK Power Networks was "working hard" to restore electricity supplies.
