Money not enough to fix social care, Rhun ap Iorwerth says
Councils are calling for more investment in social care in Wales after an extra £2bn was announced in England.
But Plaid Cymru AM Rhun ap Iorwerth said all of the Welsh budget would "probably not be enough" to solve issues facing the sector.
He told the Sunday Politics Wales programme ministers needed to continually look at ways of making cash go further.
Social Services Minister Rebecca Evans has said that ministers wanted to take a longer term approach towards social care but "we do need the UK government to help us with this".
Philip Hammond's Spring Budget will see an extra £200m spent in Wales over four years as a result of extra social care cash being spent in England and other increases.
