Betsi Cadwaladr waiting times 'limiting' patient
A man has said he is "limited" to what he can do while he waits for a hip operation from Betsi Cadwaladr health board.
Ian Paisley, from Llandudno, has been waiting for an operation since February and has had to give up on hobbies while he waits for the go-ahead for his operation.
Health Secretary Vaughan Gething has said he wants to cut the number of patients waiting more than nine months for treatments by half by March next year.
The health board has been placed in special measures, meaning it is controlled by Welsh Government, and faces a £36m deficit next year.
