European economies 'not out of the woods'

Greece is making progress with plans to cut its budget deficit, according to auditors brought in by the EU and IMF to keep an eye on how their $145bn bailout loan is being used.

Their assessment came as the European Central Bank decided to keep interest rates at 1% to help keep the euro stable.
