AIA seeks Hong Kong approval for $15bn share sale

Asia's biggest life insurer AIA is seeking approval to raise $15bn in a share sale to be launched in Hong Kong on 29 October.

The company's US parent, AIG, is spinning off the business to help repay bailout aid.
