Lloyds boss Eric Daniels to decide on bonus in 2013
The Lloyds Banking Group has announced its first annual profit since it took over HBOS and was bailed out by the government during the financial crisis.
The group made £2.2bn before tax last year, compared with a loss of more than £6bn in 2009.
In an interview with the BBC's Robert Peston, the outgoing chief executive, Eric Daniels, said he had not decided whether to claim his £1.45m bonus for 2010.
