Consumers' Association advice on cutting cost of power bills
Heating your home could get even more expensive this winter.
The Governor of the Bank of England, Mervyn King's inflation report predicts that electricity bills could rise as much as 10% in the next six months or so.
He also thinks gas is going to go up by as much as 15%.
He says those big increases in are the reason that overall inflation may well hit (ANI 3) 5%.
Richard Lloyd is executive director of the Consumer's Association Which? and he told the BBC the best way for people to save money on their bills is to insulate their homes properly.
