Tepco to receive government loan

The operator of Japan's stricken Fukushima nuclear plant is set to receive tens of billions of dollars worth of loans from the Japanese government.

The aid will allow Tepco to pay out compensation to thousands of residents and businesses evacuated from the 20 kilometre no-go zone around its facility.
