Could the eurozone debt crisis threaten the UK?

European Union leaders have agreed in principle to a second bailout package for Greece if it imposes the necessary austerity measures and spending cuts.

Shortly after agreement was reached the Governor of the Bank of England, Mervyn King, warned that the eurozone debt crisis poses the most immediate threat to the UK's financial stability.
