Eurozone rescue 'taking too long' - Jose Manuel Barroso
German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Nicolas Sarkozy will hold talks with Greek Prime Minister George Papandreou on Wednesday to discuss how best to stop Greece defaulting on its debt.
European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso told the European parliament that rescue measures agreed in July "have taken too long and they have not been fully delivered".
