Did Russian government destroy Yukos

Yukos was once one of Russia's biggest and most profitable companies.

But in 2003 its boss Mikhail Khordokovsky was thrown in jail and his firm was dismantled.

On Tuesday the European Court of Human Rights will decide whether the company was deliberately destroyed by the Russian government and if billions of dollars in compensation should be paid out.
