What is left in the US Federal Reserve's toolbox?

The US Federal Reserve is due to end a two-day meeting on Wednesday with a decision on moves to revive the country's stalling economy.

It comes a day after the International Monetary Fund cut its global growth forecast to 4%, as European leaders struggle to control turmoil in the eurozone.

But with interest rates already low, what options are left in the Federal Reserve's toolbox?

And brewing giant SABMiller is buying Australia's largest brewer Foster's - which brings with it a strong presence in the Asian beer market.
