Can HMRC's uncollected taxes boost economic growth?

Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs has released a figure which it believes is how much the Chancellor has missed out in uncollected taxes.

Last year the amount was £42bn but this year it has gone down to £35bn.

Radio 5 live Wake Up To Money asked Heather Self, a former senior director at HMRC and now Director in tax practice at McGrigors, where the biggest losses were coming from.
