India & China 'want partnership'

India and China are preparing for talks on doubling bilateral trade to $100bn by 2015, amid concerns about a widening trade gap in China's favour.

Dr Qian Liu of the Economist Intelligence Unit tells the BBC why China and India have decided they need to co-operate on trade rather than work against each other.
