Autonomy to decide if they will accept HP's offer
Autonomy's shareholders will decide on Monday if they will accept Hewlett Packard's bid to buy the company.
Since they offered the British company £7bn in August, HP's boss Leo Apotheker has been fired and the founder of Autonomy, Mike Lynch, has been involved in a dispute with rival company Oracle.
They claim he tried to sell the business to them before he offered it to HP.
Shai Vyakarnam is from the Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning in Cambridge and told Radio 5 live Wake Up To Money why Autonomy is in such high demand.
