Charities find new ways of fund-raising
It is no secret that many businesses are feeling the pinch.
But the economic downturn means that many charities are feeling poorer too.
This means that their fund-raising teams have to work harder than ever - and they have to be more innovative in the way they raise money.
Andrew Bathgate from Good Innovation says that small charities have to connect with their local communities. He says fund-raising teams can no longer rely on goodwill and have to demonstrate their worth.
