General Motors luxury models on show in Detroit

Many Asian auto giants had a tough 2011, but it was a year of revival for US manufacturer General Motors which saw sales rise 14% at home.

GM has revamped its models, shelved old, unpopular brands and is set to showcase its new portfolio of luxury cars at the North American International Auto Show.
