Australia's job losses 'mean more' interest rate cuts

The International Labour Organization has warned that unemployment remains a hurdle for economic recovery.

In its latest report it says the world's economies will have to create up to 600 million productive jobs in the next decade for sustainable growth.

So far the countries across Asia have done well in creating jobs due to high growth rates. However, as the BBC's Duncan Kennedy reports from Sydney - in Australia things are starting to become difficult.
