China 'bans' airlines from joining EU carbon scheme
Beijing has banned Chinese airlines from taking part in the EU's Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS), aimed at cutting carbon emissions.

The scheme implemented levies a charge on flights in EU airspace based on carbon emissions, but China claims it is an unfair tax.
