Inflation: 'We are going to really struggle'
Inflation has fallen to its lowest level for 15 months. The rate, as measured by the consumer prices index (CPI), dropped last month to 3.4%.
It had been 3.6% in January. The other rate of inflation, the Retail Price Index, fell by two points to 3.7%.
However, personal inflation levels vary wildly and many families are still struggling to cope.
Ross Smith told the BBC "if mortgage rates go up, then we'll really start to struggle".
