£750,000 lost to 'courier scam' in first few months of 2012
A telephone banking scam has been cheating victims out of hundreds of thousands of pounds.
The new 'courier scam' gets its name from fraudsters arranging for people to have their credit cards collected from their home after giving them their pin number.
BBC Radio 5 live Wake up To Money's Andy Verity asked Neil Aitkin from the Payment Council's Pay Your Way campaign to explain more.
