Unions react to BAE Saudi Arabia jet deal
British defence giant BAE has signed a £1.9bn ($3bn) deal with Saudi Arabia to supply Hawk trainer jets.
According to trade union Unite 218 jobs at the East Yorkshire factory where the aircraft is made will now be saved.
BAE had said it was ending manufacture of the Hawk training jets at its Brough factory in 2013, with the loss of 845 jobs. Planes have been made at the plant for almost 100 years.
Roy Cartwright, from Unite told the BBC's Siobhan Robbins that there are still 205 jobs at risk.
