Spain economy: Measures needed 'the sooner the better'
Reports that Spain will ask for help for its banks this weekend have been played down by authorities across the eurozone.
The head of private banking at Banco Populaire in Malaga says action needs to be taken soon because the economy needs to grow.
Antonio Hernandez says credit is not flowing normally and measures should be taken the sooner the better.
