Tax expert: 'these schemes hang together by a thread'

The Chief Secretary to the Treasury has told BBC Radio 5 live the government will not rest until it has dealt with the problem of tax evasion and tax avoidance.

The Times says a legal tax-avoidance scheme called K2 is allowing the rich to keep millions of pounds away from the taxman but would you do it?

5 live's Victoria Derbyshire asked Ronnie Ludwig, a partner at chartered accountants Saffery Champness, how the scheme works and criminal barrister Clare Dowse and garden centre owner George said they would not do it.
