Lord Turner condemns the 'cynical greed of traders'
The UK's Financial Services Authority has condemned the "cynical greed" of traders for their part in the Libor scandal.
The FSA's Chairman Lord Turner said people were "justifiably shocked and angered" by revelations that Barclays had been trying to manipulate inter-bank lending rates.
Lord Turner was speaking at the authority's annual meeting.
